Assistant Logistics Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptional Assistant Logistics Manager to become a key player in their forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics operations, including shipment planning, import/export procedures, documentation, cost optimization, and benchmarking.
  • Oversee third-party logistics providers and collaborate with internal teams on shipment matters.
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure order fulfilment, including planning, invoicing, customs, and post-sale activities.
  • Support team flexibility to ensure efficient delivery of key projects and objectives across regions.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years' experience in logistics, including shipment planning and 3PL management.
  • Strong responsibility, ownership, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Team player, proactive, self-motivated, with a positive and confident attitude.
