Assistant Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics operations, including shipment planning, import/export procedures, documentation, cost optimization, and benchmarking.
- Oversee third-party logistics providers and collaborate with internal teams on shipment matters.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure order fulfilment, including planning, invoicing, customs, and post-sale activities.
- Support team flexibility to ensure efficient delivery of key projects and objectives across regions.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
- 5-8 years' experience in logistics, including shipment planning and 3PL management.
- Strong responsibility, ownership, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Team player, proactive, self-motivated, with a positive and confident attitude.
