Regional Financial Analyst

About Role:

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights and recommendations to enhance regional operations. This position involves analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting processes, and collaborating with various teams to optimize financial performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis for operations across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
• Track and forecast financial performance, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and refine financial models to support business decisions.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes impacting the regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial process improvements.
• Plan and conduct risk assessments for internal control systems and propose enhancements.
• Lead financial initiatives for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the headquarters' financial team and local accounting managers.
• Handle ad hoc projects and activities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of markets in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as part of the role, if required
• Professional certification a plus.
