Job Responsibilities:

- Design tailored solutions, aligning customer needs with company goals to drive growth.
- Recommend improvements to exceed customer expectations, based on key metrics and operational standards.
- Identify new business opportunities, expanding offerings with existing and potential clients.
- Lead review sessions, refining strategies and enhancing the company’s value proposition.
- Establish seamless communication and operational frameworks across teams and international counterparts.
- Drive service excellence through collaboration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee tenders and pricing strategies, delivering competitive solutions.
- Empower teams with expertise in management systems and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Holds a university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Min 5 years of experience in account management, with expertise in managing key accounts and leading teams.
- Strong background in e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain management; contract logistics knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and independence.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
