About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and market expansion within the institutional financial services sector. Reporting to the Global Marketing Head, this role involves crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels to meet ambitious business goals. Responsibilities include brand building, lead generation, and market engagement through digital marketing, event management, public relations, and content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Head to implement daily marketing tasks and projects.
- Define and set brand objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and apply best practices for all digital and offline marketing channels, including planning, execution, and tracking.
- Establish and manage comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Shape and refine the brand’s positioning, values, and identity across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns and manage communication channels, including social media and traditional media.
- Lead event planning and execution, including setup, management, and breakdown of on-site events.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, journalists, media outlets, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role within finance or similar industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Background in creating and implementing brand strategies and managing offline marketing activities, such as events and media relations.
- Skilled in using platforms such as Google AdWords, SEO, social media, content creation, media buying, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in data analysis, trend identification, and A/B testing.
- Experience in financial services, ideally with an institutional business focus.
- Strong public relations skills with an established media network.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel for events, trade shows, and other marketing activities as needed.
