Community Manager (Online Trading Brokerage)

About the Role:
The Community Specialist/Manager will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and growing online communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Reddit. This role focuses on creating and executing engagement strategies that boost brand visibility, foster a positive user experience, and drive community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies for various social channels, including Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
• Manage and moderate online channels, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Facilitate active discussions and engagement within the community.
• Respond promptly to community questions, feedback, and support needs.
• Plan and host community events, contests, and initiatives to promote engagement.
• Create and distribute content tailored to community interests.
• Collaborate with influencers to enhance the company’s community presence.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to optimize community management.
• Contribute to other ad-hoc social media content creation as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in online community management.
• In-depth knowledge of Telegram, Discord, and Reddit, along with best practices for community engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable tone.
• Passion for developing and maintaining online communities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling challenging community situations.
