Job Description
A global online FS trading brokerage firm is looking for an Assistant Event manager to support the execution of business events and exhibitions. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver seamless marketing activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, such as webinars, seminars, and exhibitions, with responsibilities including event management, promotion, on-site logistics, and post-event evaluations.
- Support the coordination of marketing collateral, advertisements, souvenirs, and merchandise with in-house designers, ensuring timely production and delivery.
- Help manage event budgets, ensuring effective use of financial resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth event and marketing campaign execution.
- Assist in sourcing and managing service contractors and ensuring adherence to procurement guidelines.
- Help draft and manage service contracts, legal agreements, and event insurance.
- Support the development and implementation of operational plans for event delivery.
- Undertake additional duties or special assignments as directed by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of experience in event marketing.
- Experience in supporting event management is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills in written (English and Chinese) and verbal (English, Cantonese, Mandarin).
- Willingness and ability to assist with overseas events.
