Our client is a leading MNC pharmaceutical company, looking for an Associate Sales Manager for their business in Hong Kong, to lead and expand their business to drive commercial success. You will be responsible to lead the sales team to develop sales channels foster collaboration to expand business in a strategic way. Key responsibilities:
- Strategically lead operation to accomplish business objectives
- Lead the commercial team to effectively engage health care practitioners through partnerships and campaigns
- Implementation of sales and marketing strategies for commercialisation and corporate objectives
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Cultivate both external and internal stakeholders to drive partnerships for business processes and marketing functions
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies and penetration
- Oversees financial plan of the division to achieve business goals for better financial performance
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy with 5+ years of experiences
- Experiences in pharmaceutical industry / dermatology is highly preferable
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Exhibits strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth
- Strong inter-personal and presentation skills for a diverse range of key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to drive business growth
- Skilled in MS Office applications
