Our client is a leading company in the online trading and investment industry (Forex & CFD), dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions. They are known for their dynamic and fast-paced environment, aiming to deliver exceptional trading experiences to their clients.

About Role:
Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively leading business development initiatives. This position also involves in representing the company at various conferences, expos, and seminars while building and nurturing strong relationships with partners and clients to enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to increase market share and boost company growth.
  • Cultivate, manage, and strengthen relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and new distribution channels.
  • Engage with local partners to build long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Travel for business meetings and networking opportunities to establish connections and foster business partnerships.
  • Expand and maintain a robust network of lead-generation sources.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets (KPIs) while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly within the forex or financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets and brokerage services is advantageous.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, networking, and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve challenges with a proactive attitude and commitment to success.
  • Open to frequent travel for business purposes.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
