Business Development Manager

They are currently looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager to join the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and follow up on potential customers to develop the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales plans and foster long-term customer relationships for recurring revenue.
  • Develop and align marketing and sales strategies with the company’s global sales team to achieve company goals.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information, taking corrective action as needed in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
