Senior Commercial Sales Manager
Our client is a well-established international logistics solutions provider, renowned for delivering premier logistics services and embracing innovative solutions to meet their customers' needs. They are currently looking for an outstanding Senior Commercial Sales Manager to join the company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and growth of free hand shipments and new business opportunities at a strategic level.
- Lead initiatives to expand and enhance business relationships with existing routing clients.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of quotations, sales proposals, reports, presentations, and other critical documents.
- Collaborate with and support the Senior Director in developing strategic solutions and resolving complex customer inquiries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to align with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of the import and export consolidation market.
- Strong experience with free hand cargo and prepaid cargo.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Reliable, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and readiness to embrace challenges.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
