Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibility:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients and international partners.
- Establish a functional sales reporting system to drive performance and surpass targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated success in regional and field sales, particularly with large accounts.
- Experience in developing clients utilizing Asia to USA routes is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
