Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer (Aesthetic Beauty Industry)
About the Company & Role:
Our client, a renowned luxury beauty brand specializing in skincare and aesthetic treatments, is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to join their team. This role will play a key part in driving online marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing the brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative, and focused on boosting customer engagement and acquisition through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies for search, display, video, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize online ads across platforms such as Facebook, SEM, YouTube, GDN, SEO, and GTM to drive lead generation.
- Increase brand visibility by regularly sharing engaging content on social media channels like Facebook and Instagram.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, using insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, YouTube, GDN, Social Media, and Google Analytics (GA).
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business needs.
- Highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior digital marketing officer.
