Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and FP&A operations, collaborating closely with the CEO to maintain accurate records, cash flows, and prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Lead the company’s overall financial planning and business analysis including monthly actual vs. budget performance tracking, monthly forecast, annual budget
• Serve as key finance partner to deliver timely information on actual vs. plan performance tracking
• Engage with external professional parties, such as auditors, lawyers, consultants, and government authorities, as needed for financial matters
• Work closely with the CEO to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as required to support the financial operations of the organization

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or related subject
• Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 15 years' of relevant experience, preferably with FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Food industry
• Ability to compare, analyze, and summarize investments to assist in decision-making and provide recommendations
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and risk management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
