Job Description
Our client is a leading healthcare & supplement company from US. Setting a new division, they are now in search of a Sales Manager to cope with their business need. This is a new headcount and will play a pivot role to drive the commercial expansion into the new market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the new portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare product presentation to the customers not limited to corporate, healthcare & wellness sector
- Establish business proposals
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing team related to new product launch, promotions & market positioning, etc.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to the management for regular reviews
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Min. 8 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
- Experience in new product launching will be an advantage
- Exposure in Healthcare, Wellness or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, including account management and new business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to drive business growth
