Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Japanese F&B Products)
Company Background:
Our client is an established trading company specializing in Japanese F&B products with a presence in Japan and UAE. In view of their regional expansion, they are looking to welcome a new Sales Executive/Manager in Singapore to be the main point of contact with for their local clients and a thriving force for their monumental growth in Asia.
The ideal candidate should be equipped with a good sales track record, experience in import/export, trading sales, and possess a good network with local distributors.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure new accounts, key clients/business in the ASEAN market.
- Provide impeccable customer service and attend to customer complaints and feedback appropriately.
- Share valuable insights and analysis of the targeted market to support the growth of the business.
- Take and track orders from customers and ensure all deliverables are made on time.
- Follow up on payment status from assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
- Possess a wide range of networks in the agent category/distributor in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes (HORECA).
- Prior experience in trading and distribution of B2B sales (HORECA market) in Premium Seafoods, particularly in high-quality seafood from Japan, non-frozen goods, and Japanese culinary. Knowledge in Japanese products is highly preferred.
- Able to manage projects independently.
