About Role:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s marketing efforts, combining innovative digital strategies with impactful offline initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and support business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can oversee end-to-end campaign execution, manage events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly competitive and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars to strengthen brand presence and engage with current and potential clients.
- Event Logistics: Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of offline events with digital marketing initiatives.
- Creative Development: Work with creative teams to design engaging marketing materials and content for both online and offline channels.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and events using analytics tools, ensuring data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into the company’s strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and event management, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Fluency in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
