Quality Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer

Our client is a leading manufacturer of metal and plastics parts. They offer comprehensive one-stop solutions to global customers spanning from mechanical engineering solutions, tooling fabrication, automated production, assembly, quality inspection, and logistics services. They are currently looking for an outstanding Quality Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer to join their company.

Job Description:

• Monitor overall quality throughout new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing processes (MP), including metal stamping and plastic molding.
• Utilize production reports and non-scheduled inspections to identify quality issues.
• Address problems during product development and manufacturing, implementing corrective improvements as needed.
• Conduct benchmarking and market reviews to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal departments, suppliers, and customers, to address production problems.
• Manage customer complaints effectively by establishing internal standards for improvement and responding appropriately to complaints.
• Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate potential quality issues during NPI and MP stages.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Hold a degree or higher in Science, Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
• Min of 3 years of experience in both Quality Control and Mechanical Engineering
• Demonstrated proficiency in quality tools, ISO systems, and preferably six sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Must be stationed at the Dongguan factory.
