Project Coordinator - MIC Project / Welcome Fresh Graduated

Our client is a globally known constructing engineering product organisation with over 3000 people based in APAC. They are now actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team to support with leading MIC projects from the continuous growth of their business.

Responsibilities:

• • Support Project Manager to monitor project progress to ensure project quality has been met the client standard, in time and within budget.
  • Conduct the related tender, feasibility report, method statement preparation and shop drawing review.
  • Monitor site operation, work performance and workmanship periodically assigned by Project Manager.
  • Liaise closely with architects, designers, and Housing Authority to align the project matter.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements:

• • Higher Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Structural, or a related field.
  • 1 year working experience on construction project is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS, Auto CAD, BIM would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
