About the Role:

As a Relationship Manager based in Central Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with high-net-worth clients, primarily from China. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in financial products and services, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and upsell the company's suite of products and services to high-net-worth clients, with a focus on understanding and addressing their financial objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor in wealth management matters.
  • Conduct thorough KYC procedures during client onboarding for account opening, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support the director in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks and client communication, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of financial market trends and developments, particularly within the banking sector, to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Consultant, Banker, Fund Administrator, or similar, preferably within retail banking, premium banking, private banking, or the broader fund management industry.
  • Proven track record in successfully introducing and promoting financial products and services to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for efficient documentation and reporting.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
