Associate Marketing Manager | Lingerie and Intimate Apparel
Our client is a global leading lingerie brand known for their quality craftsmanship and wide range of stylish and comfortable products. They are now looking for an Associate Marketing Manager focusing on the brand communication duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Foster the professional growth and development of direct reports, aligning their efforts with the brand's strategic vision and business objectives.
- Work in collaboration with the sales team, offering assistance in the development of meeting decks, presentations, and the dissemination of marketing intelligence to clients.
- Establish and drive an efficient go-to-market process by collaborating closely with cross-functional team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of projects.
- Utilise pertinent market insights and trends to customise activation and marketing plans, ensuring maximum impact and relevance.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, including annual plans, sales presentations, and budgets, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing brand awareness, and improving market rank.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 6+ years of marketing experience in the lingerie and intimate apparel sector is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.
- Strong organization, planning abilities and presentation skills..
- Professional command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
