Job Description

My client is looking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of network security services to their Enterprise Grade clients. Your role will involve overseeing project delivery, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business and technical needs to design and implement network security solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of network security services to locally well-known enterprise clients, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for technical issues
  • Conduct regular service performance reviews with clients to ensure SLAs are met and address any concerns or escalations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance, including key metrics, to management and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in Network Security post-sales delivery
  • Hands on experience in vendor products like Palo Alto/ Fortinet/ Checkpoint/ Huawei/ Splunk, etc.  
  • Prior experience in managing/ participating Multi-Millions Network Security Projects
  • Profession in dealing with enterprise-grade clients/ government departments is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of network security principles, technologies, and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, secure gateways, and network access control (NAC) systems.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery processes, project management methodologies, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and senior management.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
