Job Description

A regionally renowned SI company is looking for a seasoned Network Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for large scale network project design and implementation.

The Job:

• Responsible for network implementation portion (network design and analysis) for public sector clients
• Provide post-delivery network related troubleshooting
• Identify and solve the hardware/software/configuration faults
• Work closely with the Project Lead to make suggestions to improve client’s network performance
• Provide urgent ad-hoc technical support on client site or data centre

The Person:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT related discipline
• Hands on experience in networking design and implementation - Router/Switch, TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, IP Network, MPLS, Next generation firewall, Network Management, Performance Monitoring
• CCNP Certified (must have)
• Knowledge in vendor products like Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Huawei, etc.
• Experience in network security, cloud security or cyber security is plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
