Position Overview:

The hiring company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a (Senior) Medical Representative. As a Medical Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our pharmaceutical products by providing advanced product knowledge, strategic guidance, and mentoring to a team of Medical Representative. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge about the company and competitors' products, customers, market and its trend
  • Execute all sales and marketing activities in compliance with Corporate SOPs and local rules and code of practices
  • Realize market opportunities in line with strategies and plans
  • Maintain customer relations (internal and external) and contribute to long lasting customer satisfaction
  • Ensure calls coverage planning and reporting in line with company’s objectives. Constant update of customer’s data and information
  • Participate in operational & execution strategy / tactics development, coordinating team projects including planning and implementation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, including a proven track record of success in a product specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and relevant products.
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
  • build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
