Senior Sales Executive | MNC, Well-known FMCG (B2B)
Our client is a multinational consumer goods company. They operate diversified businesses in personal care sectors across the world. They are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new clients, while also focusing on expanding market share and retaining existing accounts.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve personal KPI by effectively managing sales opportunities and pipelines.
- Proactively drive upselling efforts with prestigious accounts.
- Actively engage with and positively influence the sales teams of distributors through daily interactions.
- Incorporate Professional Selling Skills and Challenger Sales techniques into every sales interaction. Proactively participate in coaching sessions and actively seek feedback from the Commercial Excellence team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a culture of success and accountability in daily activities.
- Focus on Hospital, Office Building, School and Food Service segments.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor's Degree holder with 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in tracking performance metrics, and interpreting sales reports
- Exhibit a high degree of autonomy and self-reliance in carrying out tasks and making decisions.
- Possess a keen analytical mindset and exceptional negotiation abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
