Design Director – (Hospitality)

Our client is an award winning, market leading architect, and interior design firm on the market, serving over 100+ cities worldwide. Currently we are seeking a Design Director – (Hospitality) to join their growing team, to further play a major role in taking the company forward to another level by offering exceptional service and innovative design, committed to creating memorable experiences for guests.

We are seeking an experienced design professional with a passion for the Hospitality industry who can oversee the design and delivery of all Hospitality concepts within their portfolio of 5+* clients

Responsibilities:

• Leading a medium sized team to manage and oversee the design process for all Hospitality projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of design concepts
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for Hospitality sector
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations within Hospitality design concepts

Requirements:

• Degree Educated in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or related industries
• 15+ years of experience in hospitality design, with a focus on Hospitality projects
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale Hospitality portfolios
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Hospitality design principles, materials, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
