Job Description
- Conceptualize and launch inventive event concepts and programs.
- Undertake budget planning and target potential sponsorship income to deploy robust business model with comprehensive P&L forecast.
- Participate in formal meetings on behalf of the company with any related stakeholders, from private institutions to public sectors, to build positive relationships
- Draft and oversee manpower resources plan and work schedule to ensure highest adherence and efficiency
- Closely collaborate with cross-function departments to seek for excellence while at the meantime curate contingency plans in case of crisis management
- Assess performance to ensure alignment with goals, P&L planning and cost minimization
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 12-year experience in event management and branding with management experience. Over 10 years will also be considered.
- Proven track record of managing outdoor / mass participant events / campaigns will be an advantage
- Excellency in communication, negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills even under pressure
- Excellency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
