Our client is a global retail lifestyle brand. They are now looking for Retail Operations Assistant to join their Retail Operations team. This position will be under contract valid until 31 Dec 2023, and to be renewed (subject to performance).
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to operation team
- Generate Sales report and prepare month-end finance materials
- Support Frontline’s daily operation
- Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for operation related issues
- Perform ad hoc project as assigned
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1-2 years of operation experience in retail industry
- Cooperative, responsible, good team player, pleasant, willing to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
- Candidate with immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage
