About the Company
Our client is a well-established MNC company providing innovative technology solutions to customers across healthcare, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors. They are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join their Hong Kong team and support business operations across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order receipt through to delivery and payment collection
- Process customer orders, quotations, and related transactions accurately within SAP
- Coordinate with factories, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and product lead times, proactively resolving any supply or delivery issues
- Serve as the primary contact point for customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, inventory status, delivery tracking, and commercial requests
- Support the sales team in following up RFQs, preparing quotations, reports, and other sales administration activities
- Generate and analyze sales, quotation, booking, and open-order reports to support business development activities
- Coordinate value-added logistics services and special customer requirements where needed
- Handle customer complaints and work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely resolutions
- Support invoicing, payment follow-up, account reconciliation, and month-end operational activities
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting to support business operations and customer service excellence
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, supply chain, or commercial operations
- Experience in a multinational or international business environment is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with import/export operations, logistics coordination, or order fulfilment processes is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Customer-focused, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
