The role
- Manage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle
- Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change control
- Prepare cost reports, valuations, forecasts and final accounts
- Monitor project budgets, risks and commercial performance
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and claims
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholder
Key requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- HKIS and/or RICS qualified
- Proven hands-on NEC contract experience
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, public works or major construction projects
- Good command of English and Chinese
