Key responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team and support the delivery of major construction projects.
- Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
- Evaluate tenders and support procurement processes
- Administer contracts, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant QS experience, consultancy experience preferred

HKIS/RICS qualification or working towards chartership is an advantage
