Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution agreements, shareholder contracts, procurement agreements etc. 
• Provide practical and solution-oriented legal advice to business stakeholders on commercial and operational matters
• Ensure legal documentation remains aligned with evolving legal requirements, regulatory developments and business needs
• Support legal and compliance initiatives to strengthen governance standards throughout the organisation
• Assist the legal team with transactional support as required 
• Engage with external counsel in various jurisdictions as required 

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, UK or Australia) with at least 6 years' PQE with solid training and in-house experience 
• Experience with a variety of commercial contracts across procurement, sourcing, data privacy, marketing and IT related matters 
• Fluency in English is required (ideally with Cantonese or Mandarin)
• Demonstrated capability of working in a sizeable organisation and partnering with senior stakeholders
