About the Job

• Assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation and tender preparation
• Prepare subcontract documents and payment valuations
• Monitor project costs and variations
• Support contract administration and project reporting
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline
• 1-3 years of QS experience in construction, E&M or fitting-out projects
• Knowledge of tendering and contract administration is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
