About Our Client

Our client is a well-established aviation catering and food services organisation based in Hong Kong, providing large-scale catering solutions for their clients.

About the Role

This is a hunter-focused position responsible for generating new revenue and acquiring new airline customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B food and beverage sales background. Existing airline relationships or aviation industry experience would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new airline catering customers.
  • Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contracting and onboarding.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate responses to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with internal teams on pricing and service solutions.
  • Develop relationships with key commercial and procurement decision-makers.
  • Monitor market developments and represent the business at relevant industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within food and beverage, airline catering, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing commercial agreements.
  • Strong hunter mentality with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Existing airline or aviation industry connections would be a strong advantage.
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be advantageous.
  • Currently based in Hong Kong with strong knowledge of the local market.
