Our client is a well-established project and construction management consultancy with a strong presence across Asia. The company provides project management, construction management, and technical advisory services for large-scale developments across hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure sectors. Due to ongoing project expansion in Macau, they are seeking Project Managers with an MEP background to support the delivery of prestigious developments.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating MEP works throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, progress, and stakeholder requirements are met.

• Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress reports
• Conduct site inspections for MEP installation works and testing & commissioning (T&C)
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to facilitate project delivery
• Review Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications submitted by contractors and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues on site
• Ensure project works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules

Key Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience in MEP works
• Must possess a valid Macau ID
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, integrated resort, or large-scale commercial projects is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager
