About the Job
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle, ensuring developments are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead the planning, design development, procurement, construction and handover of property development projects
- Manage consultants, architects, contractors and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, risks and construction schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams including development, design, cost, sales and asset management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contractual obligations and company standards
- Drive project delivery strategies and resolve technical, commercial and construction issues
- Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
Key requirements
- Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' project management experience gained with property developers, consultants or major contractors
- Proven track record delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use or commercial developments in Hong Kong
- Professional qualifications (HKIE, HKIS, HKIA, CIOB, RICS or equivalent) preferred
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
