Job Description

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal and commercial documentation, including corporate agreements, commercial documents and internal policies

• Provide legal advice and general support to the business on a range of legal issues relating to business lines
• Work with senior lawyers on managing disputes and regulatory investigations
• Engage with external counsel as necessary
• Conduct legal research and support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)  with at least 4-8 years' experience gained in financial groups (ideally qualified Lawyer) 

• Exposure to asset management, brokerage or insurance would be useful 
• Strong communication and drafting skills 
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
