About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale technical engineering projects from design review through site execution and final handover.

• Lead project delivery activities to ensure quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Review engineering designs, technical documentation, and project specifications
• Monitor site progress and proactively resolve technical and project-related issues
• Manage project reporting, documentation, and progress updates
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and best practices
• Support and mentor project team members to drive successful project outcomes

Key Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in project management, engineering delivery, MEP, building services, infrastructure, or data centre projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good command of English and Chinese preferred
