About the Job
Lead the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of critical MEP and building services systems within a large-scale 24/7 facility. You will oversee engineering teams and contractors, drive preventive maintenance and asset reliability programs, manage technical projects and service contracts, and ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations through continuous improvement and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Requirements
- Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
- 8+ years of experience in engineering operations, facilities management, maintenance, or technical services, including people management experience
- Experience managing technical teams and contractors within a large-scale 24/7 operation
