Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation and maintenance of critical facilities systems
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure facilities performance meets operational and service standards
- Coordinate engineering projects, upgrades, and improvement initiatives
- Support business continuity and infrastructure reliability
- Participate in emergency response and on-call support when required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or related disciplines
- 6+ years of facilities management, technical maintenance experience in workplace, mission critical facilities or 24/7 operational environments
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
