We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Business Finance Professional to support our client's needs.  As a valued team member, this is a dynamic role that will give you great exposure to our client's business and a chance to showcase your abilities to deliver excellent service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing finance business partnering support for new projects and strategic initiatives, including product launches, system enhancements, process optimization, and cost management programs.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial performance reports, including Monthly Performance Analysis, Flash Reports, Forecasts, and Annual Budgets, with detailed insights at product level covering revenue, margins, volumes, direct and allocated expenses, and headcount.
  • Developing cost analytics and management reporting to support effective expense management and cost control.
  • Coordinating with Regional BUC teams and Group MIS teams to prepare and submit monthly flash reports and periodic forecasts on a timely basis.
  • Producing management reports and performance analytics at Relationship Manager and client levels to support business decision-making and performance management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or financial reporting.
  • Solid understanding of Wealth Management products and business drivers, including investment products, loans, and deposits.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
