Site Supervisor - (年尾雙糧,花紅,年假,銀行假,醫療)

公屋盤, 醫院盤,私人盤

Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the progress and quality of construction work on-site for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and workmanship.
• Act as a liaison between consultants, contractors, regarding project-related matters.
• Conduct inspections in collaboration with Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and memos.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• TCP T1 and Certificate in Safety Supervision are preferred
• 4 years solid working experience in building construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
