Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Lead business operations, project execution, and resource planning across a complex service-focused organisation
  • Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and delivery excellence
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Improve organisational scalability through process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered effectively while maintaining a strong client-centric approach

Team & People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and specialist professionals
  • Build organisational capability through talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
  • Support professional development and long-term workforce planning initiatives

Technical & Industry Leadership

  • Provide senior-level guidance on complex industry-related projects and initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments, market trends, and changing regulatory landscapes
  • Ensure consistent quality and technical excellence across all deliverables

Client & Commercial Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Support business growth through solution development, proposal support, and strategic account management
  • Partner with commercial teams to identify new business opportunities and service enhancements
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning activities

Key Requirements

  • Degree  in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline
  • 8-10+ years of experience gained within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences consulting, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, business functions, or project-based organisations
  • Experience overseeing complex client engagements or business-critical projects
  • Proven ability to drive organisational improvement, change, and growth initiatives
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Regional Travelling Required
