Our client is a well-known telecom company and its prime within the APAC region. They are seeking a results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to support their China expansion across enterprise connectivity, cloud networking, and digital infrastructure solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Based in the Greater Bay Area, work closely with the Singapore HQ team to drive both new business acquisition and strategic account growth
  • Drive new business development across enterprise connectivity, cloud networking, and digital infrastructure solutions in China
  • Identify, engage, and convert target customers, including enterprises, carriers, hyperscalers, and digital-native companies
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and solution positioning to negotiation and deal closure
  • Grow strategic accounts through strong relationship management, account planning, and expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams in Singapore and across functions to align customer needs with delivery capabilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and propose tailored commercial solutions
  • Track pipeline progress, revenue performance, and market trends to support business growth

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in telecom, cloud, ICT, or related industries
  • Proven track record in managing complex deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of China’s cloud, enterprise, and digital infrastructure ecosystem
  • Experience in both hunting new business and growing existing strategic accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required
