(Senior) Product Specialist – Consumable

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1+ years of medical device sales experience who are looking to further develop their careers in the healthcare industry, particularly those with exposure to hospital tenders and public healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market penetration for a portfolio of comsumable products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers
- Manage existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Participate in public and private hospital tender processes, including tender preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with clinical users to understand patient and operational needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work closely with procurement departments, therapists, nurses, and physicians to support product adoption
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support product launches, marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and educational events
- Provide regular market insights and sales forecasts to management
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines
- 1+ years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or a related healthcare environment
- Experience or exposure to hospital tender processes and public healthcare accounts is highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and procurement stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Product Specialist position
