As we continue to expand our specialist teams, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Human Resources desk.


The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on HR roles, you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, C&B, HRIS, and Learning & Development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and HR leaders
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ hiring needs and organizational structures
  • Source, screen, and assess HR professionals across various levels
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Proactively develop a candidate network through market mapping and business development activities
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic hiring advice
  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a client-facing environment (experienced consultants and strong fresh graduates will be considered)
  • Strong interest in human resources and the professional services market
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and commercial mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
