Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the full payment cycle for raw materials and routine operational expenditures.
- Prepare monthly accounting entries and accruals, ensuring accurate comparison of actual results against budget figures.
- Produce financial reports, conduct variance analyses, and evaluate the performance of multiple business units.
- Resolve operational matters to maintain effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide business planning.
- Participate in system enhancements and data warehouse development, contributing to the automation and digitalization of accounting processes.
- Handle additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- A minimum of 8 years’ supervisory experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of business workflows and internal financial control practices.
- Meticulous, collaborative, and capable of managing urgent priorities and strict deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems, RPA tools, and system implementation is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, with strong communication abilities.
- Self-driven, independent, results-focused, and resilient when working under pressure.
