Backed by a leading global venture capital firm, they operate in a high-growth, tech-led startup environment with strong regional expansion ambitions.

About the Role:
This is a high-ownership role combining strategy, sales, and marketing. The Brand & Channel Growth Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling beauty brands across retail channels, working closely with internal teams, retail partners, and brand principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage annual budgets, allocating resources across channels and initiatives while ensuring cost efficiency and target adherence
  • Drive retail channel performance by partnering with key retailers on sales planning, promotions, and day-to-day execution to maximize in-store conversion
  • Coordinate closely with internal marketing teams and external partners to execute campaigns that grow brand awareness and retail sell-through
  • Lead sales forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and brand principals, including business planning, product launches, performance reviews, and commercial negotiations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand marketing and/or key account management
  • Prior exposure to FMCG and retail environments is highly preferred
  • Strong passion for Asian beauty trends; Korean, Japanese & Chinese Brands
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Energetic, creative, and consumer-centric in approach
