Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Human Resources & Business Support Division, you will:

  • Drive business development by identifying new clients and building long-term partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for HR and business support roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels.
  • Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.
  • Achieve individual and team targets while delivering exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within HR or business support.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of client needs and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Mindset: Comfortable with KPIs and motivated by building revenue through consultative selling.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Personality: Proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial with a passion for connecting talent and opportunity.
