Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and strategic sales professional to drive engagement for our Neuroscience portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate complex clinical information effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and demand generation efforts within your territory by delivering impactful clinical messaging to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to key institutions and stakeholders.
  • Educate customers on the patient journey and product value to support informed treatment decisions.
  • Identify and manage business opportunities and challenges in collaboration with HCPs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support hospital formulary decisions and access strategies.
  • Analyse market dynamics, referral pathways, and stakeholder influence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospital systems and regional networks.
  • Continuously develop sales skills through mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: infusion, diagnostics, biologics, medical devices, rare diseases, specialty pharmacy, or neurology (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare system, including market access, reimbursement, and care delivery.
  • Experience with healthcare delivery models and distribution channels (e.g., specialty pharmacy, biologics).
  • Exposure to commercial functions such as marketing, training, analytics, or managed markets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
